Sean McCabe

Owner

Sean started working for SERVPRO early on, beginning his career as a GM. He and Co-owner Mike partnered to create SERVPRO Team McCabe. Sean spends his time managing the team and networking with local businesses and associations.

Mike McGrory

Owner

Mike began his professional career as an I.T. and eventually found his way to SERVPRO to open a franchise with Sean. Mike enjoys continuing education, starting teaching classes for insurance agents and eventually becoming a certified OSHA and Red Cross Instructor.

Kristen Carroll

Finance Manager

Kristen Carroll oversees all of our finances, including accounting and collections. She has been a dedicated member of our team since the early 10's.

Kristen graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She resides in NJ with her husband Brian and their daughter, Gracie. Their household also includes a variety of pets, such as two rescued boxers, chickens, guinea pigs, and fish.

Crista Weber

HR Administrator

Crista Weber is one of our Human Resources Admin, helping to manage our techs and ensuring we run a smooth ship!

She's been in the restoration business for several years now and has a strong background in customer service.

Crista and her husband bill reside in Quakertown with their daughter Addison.

Kara Guerra

Marketing and Education Coordinator

With a Bachelor’s in Business Communications from Chestnut Hill College, Kara Guerra leads SERVPRO Team McCabe's marketing initiatives, including cultural and community programs as well as all digital marketing efforts. Kara also heads our Continuing Education classes and Lunch and Learns, in addition to managing community sponsorships.

Kara resides in Quakertown with her husband, Steve, and their two children. Their household includes two dogs, two cats, and two snakes—sensing a theme?

Ryan Booth

Commercial Account Manager 

Ryan Booth heads up our sales department and brings a fresh perspective to SERVPRO with his background in customer service in the restaurant industry. He enjoys building relationships and providing solutions for our customers.

Ryan resides in Quakertown with his fiancée, Brittany, and their black lab, Jet.

Jose Salas

Production/Large Loss Manager

Jose has been a member of our SERVPRO® family for 5 years with over 10 years in the industry. As production manager he oversees all daily business activities. Jose is an expert problem solver with a vast knowledge of mitigation and restoration techniques. Jose's main passion is large commercial losses.

Tom Moffit

Crew Lead

Tom is a crew chief and has a background in customer service, sales, and manufacturing.

This extensive background aids him in his role in the company with such an adaptable skill set. His favorite part of the job is just that, being adaptable, Tom likes to be always learning new things and solving any problems that arise. Tom is 1 of 4 siblings, an Eagle Scout, and loves being outdoors and hiking with friends.

Crew Lead

Andrea has already worked in the restoration industry for a number of years before coming to work at SERVPRO®. Her favorite part of the job is helping people when they’re going through a tough situation. Andrea raises her daughter and 2 stepsons with her boyfriend Ed and they love rooting for the Phillies and the Eagles every game day.

Keith Conner

Crew Lead

Keith joined our production team in the fall of 2023. Along with his great craftsmanship skills, he also brings a smile and positive attitude to every job site he is on!

Tyler Moffit

Production Technician 

Tyler has been a great addition to our production team.

He even gets to work alongside his brother Tom, one of our crew chiefs out in the field! With years of hands-on experience, he's quickly become an esteemed member of our team.

Scott Oswald

Production Technician 

Scott joined our team as a production technician in January 2024. Scott's positive attitude and smiling face always puts customers at ease. His kind personality plays a big role in our company's comradery. In his free time, Scott enjoys gardening and taking trips to visit his two daughters at Slippery Rock and Duquesne University.

Morgan Royer

Contents Technician

Morgan joined our team in February 2024. She is a crucial part of our content-cleaning crew. Morgan lives in Perkasie with her two cats Daisy and Ginger. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors exploring nature.
